ARTZ Philadelphia is very grateful indeed to have received our second annual General Operating Grant from The Sarah Ralston Foundation. The Sarah Ralston Foundation supports and enhances the quality of life of vulnerable and underserved older adults residing in Philadelphia County. Born from the Ralston Center, an organization with a long history, The Sarah Ralston Foundation seeks to continue that impact by using its resources to give grants and to serve as a community partner to organizations serving older adults in Philadelphia.

Foundation Board President Ben Hoyle reflected on the impact of these grants. “Through the collective efforts of our partner organizations, both small and large, we strive to enhance the well-being of our community’s elders by directing funding where it is needed most across Philadelphia’s neighborhoods,” he said. This grant will allow ARTZ Philadelphia to continue its essential work building community for people living with dementia and their care partners through the arts.
