Trey Coffman

Trey Coffman joined the ARTZ Philadelphia board in 2025.

Trey is a seasoned aging services professional with over 15 years of experience in senior living. His career has included leadership roles as a Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Recreation, and Regional Director of Life Enrichment. 

He is currently working with Lifeloop, a company committed to helping senior living communities flourish by enhancing communication, improving operational efficiency, and fostering meaningful connection. Through this role, Trey continues his mission to support senior living communities by providing tools and strategies that empower staff, enrich residents’ lives, and strengthen family engagement.

Trey is excited to collaborate with other care communities and settings that support people living with dementia, and to help share the valuable resources offered by ARTZ Philly—for both caregivers and those they care for. He views board service as an opportunity to deepen his impact and advocate for transformative change in the world of aging services.
