Janhvi Tiwari

Janhvi Tiwari is an Arts & Dementia Program Fellow at ARTZ Philadelphia. She joined the organization in September 2026.

Janhvi brings a background in clinical mental health, nonprofit work, and development communications across the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. She received her M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, India. Her work is grounded in social justice and a commitment to bringing diverse people together around shared, mission-driven goals, in ways that empower underserved communities and contribute to a more equitable society.

Janhvi has long been drawn to art as a medium for profound expression, connection, and social change. She is excited to join ARTZ Philadelphia to explore how arts-based programming can amplify underrepresented voices, challenge stigma around mental health and dementia, and create unconventional, creative pathways to healing, connection, and joy.
