Coeli Baker

Coeli Baker joined the ARTZ Philadelphia staff in 2026

A Philadelphia native, Coeli Baker is a nonprofit development professional, strategist, and leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations. Her work spans senior in-house development roles with regional and national nonprofits, as well as consulting partnerships through Baker Development Strategies with grassroots and community-based organizations across the country including Philadelphia, Kansas City, and Seattle.

Coeli is deeply inspired by ARTZ Philadelphia’s belief in the power of creative connection. She believes that joy is a foundational principle of nonprofit work—that there should be joy in the work itself and that the work should cultivate dignity, meaning, and connection in the lives of others. ARTZ’s use of the arts to foster presence and shared humanity reflects her core values and her belief that meaningful engagement is at the heart of lasting impact.

She is honored to join ARTZ Philadelphia as Development Coordinator, advancing its mission to foster connection and joy for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers across the Philadelphia communuty.
