Join us May 25th at 10:30 AM (ET) for an in-person Café for Care Partners at Center in the Park. After you register, we will send you information and instructions.

Join ARTZ facilitator Sue Brown to make goofy paper! Goofy paper evolved out of the need to create art projects that are fun and relaxed with limited guidelines and lots of room for improvisation. There is no artistic experience required for goofy paper. It’s a way to relieve stress and have fun while doing something creative. Every participant will end up with a unique artwork they create themselves. All supplies will be provided. 

The program will be led by ARTZ’ very own ‘ARTZ in the Making’ facilitator Sue Brown. For over fifteen years, she has facilitated fine arts, crafts and quilting experiences for seniors. Sue delights in leading her own art programs, always promoting the power of art to “transform lives and give joy.”

Transportation

Center in the Park is located at 5818 Germantown Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19144 and is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available in a private lot at west Rittenhouse and McCallum Streets. Center in the Park is also accessible via Accessible via J,K,26, 23, and 65 bus routes.

All in-person ARTZ events require proof of vaccination and masking in indoor areas. Please remember to bring either your vaccination card or a photo of it on your cell phone as well as a mask for each participant in your party, worn over the nose and mouth (we recommend N95 or KN95 masks if at all possible).
