Join us Saturday July 26th from 10:30AM-12PM at Center in the Park for Café for Care Partners & Creative Connections, a unique pilot program designed specifically for pairs—care partners (caregivers) and their loved ones living with dementia.

This special event features two programs happening at the same time and in the same welcoming space, offering meaningful, individualized experiences for both members of the pair:

  • Creative Connections: A music-based experience for individuals living with dementia, led by Keisha Hutchins Hirlinger, Curator and Lead Facilitator of ARTZ Notes at ARTZ Philadelphia.
  • Café for Care Partners: A relaxed, supportive conversation space for care partners, facilitated by Jean Kirkley, CEO and Facilitator of Boomers ‘R’ Heroes.

While care partners focus on self-care and connection, their loved ones are simultaneously engaged in creative expression—allowing both to benefit, together and apart.

This program is designed exclusively for pairs, one care partner and their loved one living with dementia, so please be sure to register for two.

This program is generously sponsored by The Sarah Ralston Foundation through their 2024 Innovative Project Support funding.
