Lance Barrett

Lance Barrett joined the ARTZ Philadelphia Board in October 2022.

Lance was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and has lived in the Philadelphia area for twelve years. He graduated from Rollins College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Lance works as an attorney for The Vanguard Group, Inc.  In this role, Lance leads a team of attorneys and analysts focused on investment management regulatory matters. Outside of work, Lance and his wife Mary-Catherine have two girls – ages six and four.  Lance has a passion for helping people and believes deeply in the mission of ARTZ Philadelphia.  He has had personal experience as a caregiver for his mother who passed away from Alzheimer’s in 2019.
